TWO. AWARDED IN WELLINGTON. The Post and Telegraph Department notifies that Messrs. S. M. Harrison and W. A. Tanner, of the staff of tho Inspector of Post Offices, have been awarded Gray Memorial Prizes—prizes established as a reward for merit m suggesting improvements in the working system of tho Department—mechanically or clerically. The prizes in this instance were awarded to the two officers mentioned for suggesting, an improved method cf displaying the parcel post rates in, the Postal Guide.
