AN IMPORTANT ADDITION.' It is understood that the most important of tho additional clauses to tlio Land Bill which the Prime Minister intimated y6storday lie would movo when that measuro was in Committee, will give the right o£ purchaso to leaee in perpetuity tenants o£ ordinary Crown lands. It is stated that it was not intended to enlnrgo tho present scope of tho Bill until next session, but that members of the Reform party have intimated that they will be quite willing, to havo tho session prolonged for a few days if necessary in order that tho proposed additions to tho Bill may lie placod upon tho Statute Book this session.
