Harman, 2 up. 11. E. Trontbeck beat Paku, i up anc 3 to play. J. Harold beat A. Barraud, 2 up and ' to play. Ilurepo Tareha beat K. D. Kettle, 3 uj and 2 to play. B. B. Wood beat G. P. Thorburn, 3 ut and 2 to play.' G Saunders beat W. A. D'Arcy, 1 uj at the_ nineteenth liole. Kapi Tareha beat H. Crosse, 1 up. 0. H. Bruce beat A. Selaners, 3 up and 1 to play. The second round was played this morniiifT, and resulted as follows:— H. B. Troutbeck beat H. Gillie*, 1 up. Kurepo Tareha beat J. Harold, 2 u{ and 1 to play. B. B. Wood beat G. Saunders, 5 up and 3 to play. Kapi Tareha beat 0. H. Bruce, 4 up and 3 to,play. The .wmi-nnal, played this afternoon, resulted:— Kuropo Tareha beat H. E. Troutbcck, 2 up. B. B. Wood beat ICapi Tareha, 1 up at nineteenth hole. The final (36 holes) will bo played tomorrow between Wood and Kuropo. The teams match for the Williams Cup was won by Napier No. 3 team, with 315, Wangaimi_ second with 371, and Christchurch third with- 372. '
