Lord Robert Cecil, Unionist M.P. for Hitchin (Hertfordshire) has introduced a new Bill to amend the Trade Disputes Act. The Bill restores tho liability of unions in connection with acts under their cognisance, but exempts the provident funds of unions from this liability; The Bill also regulates peaceful picketing, and allows limited immunity to persons inducing others to break their contracts.
