CHINESE LOAN.
TEN MILLIONS AT FIVE PER CENT. By Telegraph—Press Aesociation-Coprrieht (Reo. September 11. 11.5 p.m.) London, September 10. The Chinese. Government has been conducting loan negotiations in London sine* the middle of July. An : agreement was signed on August 30 for a loan, of .£10,000,000 at five per cent, with a currency of forty 'years. The'loan is secured on unpledged Chinese securities, ' chiefly the sajt tax. The loan will.be free from supervision by the Six-Nations Syndicate.
