LABOURERS' UNION CIRCULAR. By Tciaerapii—Press Asaoolatlon-Copyrlrtl London, Atijyust 28. The organiser of the Builders' Labourers' t'niou, on the strength of a. letter from an Adelaide Trade Union official, warned intending emigrants that tho South Australian labour market was congested and the building trade overcrowded. Mr. Whiting, replying, quotes a circular issued by tho Government Labour Exchange, revealing a shortago of labour iu the building trado in South Australia.
