Tho latest news from the frontier tends I'D conlirm tho report that the military destroyed eleven villages in Iho Beltane district. An .apparently inspired statement declares that many of tho Albanian tribesmen, when dispersing homewards, pillaged the rifle depots at Brizen, Diakdva, Ipek, Mitrovitza, and Sienitza, and seized altogether soventcou thousand rifles. Albanian opinion in Constantinople is sceptical regarding the participation of the tribesmen in the alleged massacres at Bielopoleh and Sienitza. /.Tho Governor of Berat telegraphs that Hio Albanians are dispersing quietly homewards. The valis of all the European provinces have been instructed to apply throughout their districts tho concessions mado to tho Albanians. There are also indications that tho sanvo measures will bo introduced in Anatolia.
