At tho last general election tho voting was: Mr. Thomas (Liberal), 5825; Mr. Peel (Unionist), 2315; Dr. Williams (Labour), 1170, THE LABOUR-LIBERAL SPLIT. . London, August 23. Mr. Keir Hardie, Labour M.P. for Merthyr-Tydvil, in an articlo in tho "Pioneer," published at Merthyr, says it will be almost a miracle if tho Government can be kept together for two moro years.
