Tho State Department jis preparing to send a. largely-increased '' forco to Nicaragua if developments in connection with the l evolution in that country render such a step necessary. It has been announced that the solo duty of tho forco will bo to protect the lives and propertios of Americans, that interference in Nicaraguan affairs will not bo permitted, and also that a military dictatorship as an outcome of the revolution will not bo allowed.
