GOVERNMENT CAMPAIGN IN INDIA. Br Telesrasli—Press Aesociation-CoDyricht Calcutta, August 23. Tho Provincial Governments, including Burma, have been instructed to prohibit opium-smoking at gatherings exceeding two persons, and to reduce the quantities sold to individual purchasers.
