Tho Dock Labourers' Union lias given notice of a resolution to bo submitted to tho Trade Union Congress at Newport instructing tho Parliamentary Committee to secure tho amalgamation or federation of the various unions in tho samo industry, but inviting the congress' to repudiate syndicalism.
