Kach parish school comniittee is to consist ot nine monitors, four to be elected by the jocal members of tho Hibernian hociety, and four to be'elected by contributors to the fund, with the parish priest (or his representative) as chairman. The annual meeting of contributors in- eacll parish is to be held on the first Sunday m July, at which meeting tho contributors representatives on tlio committee shall 1m elected for tho ensuing twelve months. The Hibernian Societv's represelitatives shall be elccted at the 'July hnlt-y?.niy meeting of each branch. Each school committee is to control the penny collections at each of the clmrchcs' ill their respective parishes. All accounts in connection with each school shall be considered by the committee of the parish in which tho school is situated, certified by tho chairman, and forwarded to the board for payment. The secretary and treasurer of each school committee is to be elccted at the first meeting in July each year. Should a difference arise between a comniittee and the teaching staff, it shall bo referred to the Jjonrd. \\ ith the adoption of the above constitution, tho new control comes into operation.. The members of the board will bo elected next week,
