Mulai Yusef, who succeeds him, is described as moderate and well disposed to France. : A PILGRIMAGE TO MECCA. Tangier, August 11. Mulai Hafid is sailing for Gibraltar, thence to Marseilles. Ho stays at Vichy, and, according to 6ome reports, proposes to go to Mecca. Other reports affirm that Mulai Hafid is resolved to abdicate.
