— -0 : TOURING CADETS' RECEPTION. 1 By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, August 12. Captain Davy describes the reception of the Vancouver High School Cadets, hero as "a real freezer." "We feel," said the captain, "that we have been slighted. Canada won't understand this treatment. We treated the Australian boys who visited us very differently. The Cadets are".particularly sore over not being granted free "railway passes, which would have afforded them facilities to learn the resources of the Commonwealth." The Premier, Mr., M'Gowan, says that he is unaware that the visitors aTe other than a private body travelling as cadets. If inquiries show that they are under the Canadian Government's aegis, further con-, cessions will be accorded them.
