(From Our Special Gorrcsnondent.) _^_—4 A further reply lias been received from tho Minister for Railways in reference to tho requests of the Petone deputation which waited on him some littlo time ago. The Minister regretted that he could not comply Mith the request for the availability of the workers' tickets on trains that reach their destination after 8 o'clock. He also pointed out that thorn was in use at the present time' 12, 15, and 50-trip family computation tickets in addition to the ordinary season tickets. With rcjrard to the request' that the overhead bridge bo extended to meet' the requirements of the Koro Koro settlors tho Minister pointed out that tho 'existing bridge 'was sufficient for all the requirements of the Department. The matter of the two-minute stop at the station will be looked into._
