ALLEGED ANARCHISM.
POLICE TO TAKE ACTION. The doctrine of destruction alleged to have, been preached by an American lecturer in Waihi was mentioned in the House of Representatives on Thursday. The Prime Minister (the Hon. W. i l . Massey) then stated that he had referred the matter to the Crown Law officers for a report whether the law met the case. Mr. Massey now states that tho Law Officers have advised him that if the facts have heen correctly represented, there is an offence against thn law. The polico have therefore been given instructions to investigate the case, and institute proceedings against the lecturer.
