Grave dissatisfaction with tlio: tactics of tlio Federation of Labour has resulted in a gradual depletion in tho ranks cf members of tho Auckland Geuoral Labourers' Union. Tho union's membership only a short whilo ago represented a total of* 800. Mow tlio number is said to be less than 450, and probably does not exceed 400. Tlicso figures afford' a striking example of. the strong feoling antagonistic to the federation that exists amongst. a largo section of workers.
