It is probable that tho next meeting, of Cabinet will bo held on Tuesday, lho Prime Minister mentioned that the appointment of a Higli Commissioner would be one of tho first matters dealt with. Several large policy questions, and others of an equally important nature, await atteution. During tho past week Ministers hoyo been busy preparing tho Estimates of their respective Departments, and a number of Bills arc also in «mrso of preparation.
