P. Buchanan to Mr. F. de'J. Glere, the diocesan architect. Tho building is cruciform, containing nave, •trnneapts, and chancel, and is beautifully proportioned, one. of the transepts containing tho choir' stalls' and organ, and the other the vestry. The seats, altar, altar ,rails, lectern, and ecclesiastical chair are all of picked rimu and oiled to match the heavy principals of the roof.
