Norman Cadwallader, playing for Carterton Seniors, sustained a broken jaw, and Norman Skcot, a Greytown plaver, sustained a broken cheek, a bruised and lacerated eye, and a. fractured skull, the accident occurring through colliding with opposing players. Roy Nix, a Carterton Junior player, received slight concussion of the brain, while another plaver named K. Henderson received injuries in the back, but not of a serious nature. 'Mr.- A. J. Fisher, who for a number of wars, has been associated with the Mutual trading Company's staff, left on Saturday to tako up :v position in a store at Hawora. n The; Education Commissioners will visit Carterton to-morrow.
