The Prime Minister, Mr. Fisher, on his attention being directed to the recent suggestion of the "Review of Reviews" that pauper children should be trained for emigration to (Jio overseas Dominions, look strong exception to the term "pauper children." Wc had emerged from Bumbledom sufficiently, lie said, to have the cruel and unjust expression obliterated. He expressed no opinion on the proposal.
