THREE MONTHS' EEST IMPERATIVE. . (By Telegraph.—Presn Association.) Dunedin, July 12. Mr. W. Wilkinson has received a telegram from the Hon. J. A. Millar, who states that his health is slowly improving , , but that his mediral advisers will not allow him to undertake mental work for ot least three months. After tho expiry of that time he will be examined again in order to- ascertain if' his health , is sufficiently restored to enable him to rosumo active duty.
