AN EASY WAY TO REMOVE SUPERFLUOUS HAIR.
For the benefit of oub. lady readers who suffer from tho humiliating disfigurement of hair on face, lips or chin, we publish herewith o, formula which has tho advantage of being simple and inexpensive, as well as marvellously effective. It. is n<?t claimed by. our informant that one aoplication will permanently destroy the hair roots, but it is claimed, and the claims are borne out by actual tests, that one application completely removes the hair, and its regular use, one or two days apart, will quickly and permanently destroy the hair root itself. If you have hair which you wish permanently removed, ask your chemist to mix ih drams Pulverised Sulthine Concentrate- with 2J drams Zinc Oxide, P. 8., and 1 dram of Powdered Orris Boot, and put in a wide-mouth bottle. For use, mix a little of the powder into a paste on a plate by adding a few drops of water. Apply with a narrow knife blade and remove at the end of two iriinutes with the back of the knife, when the dissolved hair will come with it. Repeat at intervals of two days. Each time the growth will be less, until it entirely disappears. A Rood non-greasy cream, such as Creme To-Kalon, may be used after each application. Caution.—This must not'be used as a substitute for shaving, as its repeated use completely destroys the hair roots.
