London, June 25. The counsel for the third-class passengers on the Titrinic, in addressing the Court of Inquiry, held that the. presence on board of Mr. J. Brace Ismny, managing director of the. White Star line, was bound to affect the vessel's navigation. Tho Board of Trade had many eyes and gars, but no brains.
