THE SEASON'S OUTPUT.
The Eltham Dairy Company manufactured 73,220 lb. of butter last mouth, and will pay out to suppliers .£3028, at the rate ofllld. per lb. The average test was 4.7. For the corresponding month last year the pay out wns .C3OG3, at 11(1. per ib. Taking the periods from September to May inclusive, the figures for the two years are:-1910-11, 1,584,G781b. manufactured; J2G8,801 paid to .suppliers. 1311-12, 1,886,1081b. manufactured, X'77,G26 paid out. The increase in the output in the current seasons- over the previous ono was therefore 14901b., and the increasein the pay out £SB2B. During tho 191011 season the price of. butter ranged from 10d. in Septeml>er to lid. in Hay, while in September, 19U, theTate was lljd., and during tho remaining months 115 d.
