CANADA'S NAVAL POLICY.
VKS.SELS ON BOTH COASTS. By Telegraph—Frees Association—Oopyrighl (Rec. June 10, 10.30 p.m.) London, June 10. The Toronto correspondent of "The Times" states that there is reason to believe that the Government desires that Cauada shall bo represented on tho Imperial Naval Board. It is probable that Canada will feel an obligation to placo Canadian vessels on both tho Pacific and Atlantic coasts to protect her trade.
