CHANCELLOR HITS OUT. "TEN THOUSAND LITTLE TSARS." By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. (Kec. May 30, 1.5 a.m.) London, Way 29. Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, speaking at a great Disestablishment demonstration at Swansea described the endowments and trust funds of (lie Church in Wales, as no more belonging to the jiaison than the Poor Kate belonged to the relieving officers. After attacking wealth ill connection with the seizure of the Church lands, Mr. Lloyd-George referred to the overcrowded city dens, and exclaimed that there was one. Limited Monarchy in Britain, but ten thousand little Tsars. The approaching fight would be full of hope for the democracy. Mr. T. P. O'Connor, Nationalist M.P. for the Scotland Division of Liverpool, also spoke in support of the Bill.
