Still another educational instiditi'in lias been opened in Waiignnui. This is the noiv Central Kindergarten, s'liil to lie the most, up-to-daro of its kinil in Die Dominion, which was opened to-day. Great interest, is being maniii/ted bv (ho public in the two Territorial camp's now in progress, viz.—7th Infantry Uog'imciit at .Sitiithiirlil, and 2nd Mounted Hifles (Queen Alexandra's Own) at AVaveriey. Over a thousand country folk turned up to the church parade at tho latter regiment's camp yesterday, tho Wangumii City Hand also journeying out by brake to take part. The Smithfield camp was visited by over three thousand people yesterday afternoon, and judging by tho interest shown in both camps by the general public, it would appear that tho anti-military .spirit finds no favour nn thi>- const, at all events, The men at both camps are in excellent health, mid are on joying their outing and doing good work
