HOSPITAL COMMITTEE.
The Hocpital Committee met on Thursday afternoon, Mr. It. C. Kirlc presiding. Those present were: Messrs. B. R. Gardener, J. uodber, G. T. London, P. T. Moore, 4 (" Nash, W. Tliompsitt, J. Trevor, and Hie Eov. 11, Vail Stavcren.
The committee will recommend to the board at its next meeting:—(tl That the position of sister in the operating theatre bo a permanent one, and.tlmt Sister Wilson be confirmed in the'position, and be granted an increase of .£lO per annum. (2) That an additional 'house surgeon be appointed on Hie resident medical staff, on tlm recommendation of the medical .superintendent. (3) That Hio members of the Wellesley Club bo thanked for their donation of .£2B towards purchasing two large nonopliones and records for (ho bom tit of tho patients at the fever Hospital and Children's Hospital. (1) That Nur.'O K. Carter bo appointed charge nurse at the Children's Hospital, and Xur=p li. J- Peters bo appointed eluugo nurses at tho Victoria Hospital. (5) That the tender of Jackson ami Co. bo accented for repairs mid renovation to jJnr«eV jlome. (fi) That Nurs® Stubby's resignation as charge nurse on thojiursing s l aif be accepted with regret. (?) That tin' consulting engineer, Mr. Anderson, bo nsked to obtain a 'luotation fur the inclilhiimi of an clcctnc lilt at the (.luulvlvs Hospital, and Unit tho lilt in the General Hospital be not proceeded with at present. .
