' Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, addressing the Insurance Act Advisory Committee, comprising representatives of omployers, workers, and doctors, stated that whatever amendments were required, the Act in its two vital features of compulsory contribution and the general character of the benefits, would remain untouched. The committee eventually divided, and is sitting in camera. One section is dealing with the financial regulations, and the other with medical questions.
