I WHERE PROGRESS IS BEING MADE. During Hie month of March, 1012, thcr« were 77G5 men em ployed by tho l'ublio Works Department on railways, road*, buildings, and development rrf waterpower. By far the largest number were employed in the Stratford district, wfocrq there'were 1211 on road works, and 4M on tho western end of tho Stratford-Main Tronic railway. There are no railways under construction in tho Wellington district, and only SOS men were employed on road works.
