THE BOYS' INSTITUTE.
Sir,—During rocent years considerable moneys have been subscribed to enable a lai'ge'and suitable building to be erected for the most laudable object of a Boys' Institute. As an outcome of the movement, sympathisers saw mi improved habit aiid physique amongst our youth and the development of a more manly Self-reliant spirit. Is it that this hope is to be deferred for a generation, or has the management gone to sleep? Surely some explanation is about now due.—l am, etc., A StBSCHIBJiK. May G, 1912. ! £
