TWO FURTHER CASES IN COURT.

Auckland, April 14. Ivvo further charges, arising from tlio recent betting raids, were heard in Court yesterday, when two men were charged with having, on April 9, been found in a common gaming-house. Evidence was given to the effect that neither of them was a bookmaker, and they did not make a living by betting. A fine of JCI (without costs) was imposed in each ense.
