The Masterton branch of the Shearers' Union lias passed n resolution urging its members not to make engagements on stations where the accommodation for shearers does not comply with the requirements of the Act. „. , , Members of the Taratahi Meat AVorkers Union have decided by ballot to affiliate 'with the Zealand Freezing AVorkers Federation.
