PALMERSTON DAY BY DAY.
(By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent.). Palmerston, Apiil'7. A large number of the Solvation Army bands, which are holding a conference here, arrived yesterday morning and dur-' ing the afternoon and evening some lino music was rendered in the rotunda in the Square. The full force of the bands were out to-day. The choir of All Saints' Church gave an excellent rendering of Stainer's "Crucifixion" on the evening of Good Friday.
