It was decided to grant permission to tho Wellington Patent Slip Company, Ltd., to lay down a buoy and moorings in Evans Bay in the vicinity of the company's new wharf. The board'.- solicitors forwarded an agreement, for the sale of the lea=e of part of Lot 20, Grainger Street, from .Messrs. George and liersley, Ltd., to the New ZoaUtud Federation of t.abuiti-, f.iid advised that the document was a proper one to coo'-'iMit 10.
