Mr. Dix: Yes; something you said in a jocular way—on tho Appeal Board. Dr. M'Arthur: Oh, now I know what they were referring to. I said: "If you had shown mo that your income—you must take all a man's circumstances into consideration—didn't amount to £i I probably would not have made an order." The man had I don't know how many children—l would bo sorry to say hoir many. =
