Macpherson, accountant to tho company, wore again beiore tho Court to-day on charges of conspiring lo defraud the company of .1212,711. After cvidonco had been given by the company's book-keeper regarding the methods used in keeping the accounts and compiling tho balance-sheet, the case for the prosecution closed.
