At tho conclusion of the evidence for the prosecution, counsel for accused submitted that no offence had been disclosed, as complainant, in accepting the invitation, was anticipating what would happen, and baiting the' policeman. .The magistrate took this view, and commented on the extraordinary conduct of tho woman, and dismissed tho information without calling on the defence.
