A RABBITER'S DEATH.
(Br Telesraph-Prcss Associations Oamaru, February 22. A man named Frederick John Ingle, who followed the occupation of- a rabbiter, was brought into town and remanded by tho magistrate for medical treatment. Ho was put into a cell, and everything but his clothing taken from him. In less than an hour a constable went to the cell and found Ingle dead, hanging by his sweater, which he had twisted round his neck.
