Show, which is to be held early next month: Pot plants, cut bloa.ns, fruit and vegetables, Mr. Harold Small; bouquets, decorations, and domestic, Miss Best; school section, Mrs. Huthwaite. At iho last meeting of tho Otaki Society a vote of condolenco was passed to Mrs. Powell touching the loss of her I'usbnnd.' The second competition lor the Fresh Food and Ice Company'* Cup resulted in tho Hautere Club topping the list with the fine score of 748. Ngntiawa were next with "28, Shannon 725, Levin 7.12, and Whareroa G(j9. The totals for the two competitions are: Ngatiawa 1452, Jliiutarc. 1442, Levin 1110, Shannon 1401, Whareroa 1380.
