Tho Glasgow shipowners insist that tho dockers shall adhere to tho terms signed by them recently in tho presence of Sir Georgo Askwith, Chief Industrial Commissioner. They are arranging to remove cargoes under military protection. (Rec. Fobruary 20, 10.40 p.m.) London, February 20. The authorities at Glasgow have assured the shipowners that sufficient police protection will be afforded them to eriablo cargo to be removed. Three hundred unionists havo now begun the work of removing cargo from the docks.
