Mr. Graham, Minister for Railways in the late Latirier Cabinet, who was defeated at the recent elections, is seeking reelection for South Renfrew. Sir Wilfrid Lau'rier is assisting in the campaign. He has refrained from criticising the Government, and promised his aid in some projects, notably in the construction of the Georgian Bay Canal^
