Constantinople, February 20. The. Italians are instigating tho Arab Sheikhs in tho Yemen to Tovolt, and have sent Syed Idris artillery, rifles, and ammunition, '-'ho chief Xahya is marching against him.
It is reported that five hundred Italians have, landed at Fnrsnm Island, where two hundred of lurib's supporters aro expected.
