Lovis Hall, a noted feud leader, was shot with a revolver by the police, who sought to arrest Hall's son, at Pikesvillo, Kentucky. A moment later, tho son also was killed. Hall was accountable for twenty-two murders in the course of a fued extending over year 3. A revival of the feud, and war on an extensive scale are ticipated throughout tbo district.
