EXPORT OF STOCK.

During December 57 horses were sliipped to Australia and 17 to the Pacific Islands; seventeen head of cattle were sent to the Pacific islands and MS sheep to Australia, G9 to the Pacific Islands, and S'2 to South America. A total of 40 was dispatched to the Pacific Islands. AVellington's contribution was 15 horses to Australia, 1 to Pacific Islands, 5 head of cattle to Pacific Islands, and 10 sheep to the Pacific Islands. The following are particulars of th-o horses shipped from New Zealand during tho month: 35 draughts (26 mares, 9 geldings), 27 medium draughts (8 mares, 11 geldings, 8 fillies), 2 thoroughbred fillies, 2 hackney geldings, i light horses (2 mares, 2 geldpony majcs, 1 trotting gelding, 1 Shetland pony.
