THE BINGAEA TRAGEDY. Bj 'ielezraph-Pross Association-Copyright Sydney, January 24. Ball has been arrested on a charge of murdering his wife. The accused was on board the steamer Star of Scotland, lying in the harbour. Ho had secured a billot as trimmer on thn steamer, which departs for London to-day. Ball worked his passage to Australia a short time ago, and he utilised the discharge he then obtained in securing the position. THE HILLGRO7E MURDER'. Sydney, January 24. No explanation is forthcoming us to the cause of the Hillgrove tragedy. BALL REMANDED. (Rec. January 24, 8.55 p.m.) Sydney, January 21. Ball, charged with the murder of his wife, has been remanded to February 1.
