» IMMIGRANT PASSAGE RATES. By Teleeranh—Preis Aesoeiition-Cosyrlelil (Rec. January 24, 8.55 p.m.) Melbourne, January 24. Before separating, the Premiers' Conference agreed to charge uniform immigrant passage rates aa follow:—Males, £6; female?, £3; children, 30s. The agrf limits were fixed at: —Males, married women, and widows, io; and single women, 35. A motion in favour of securing the sanction of the Imperial Government, to citizens of the States occupying the position of State Governors was held over until the nest conference.
