FRAUDS AT PARIS.
0 AERESTS AT FALMOUTH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, January 21, A man, aged seventy, and a woman have been arrested at Falmouth aboard the yacht Excelsior. They are charged with committing frauds at Paris by inducing people in all parts to \invest 3,000,000 francs, with tho promise of a return of one per cent, daily.
