REPLIES TO CRITICISMS. By Telegraph-Press Aseociation-OoDyriEM London, January 16. Sir Edward Grey, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in reply to a correspondent concerning the Liberal newspapers' accusations, said that any statement that his policy was in any way aggressive or an inspired antagonism to any Power was totally unfounded.
